Color Variation: Minor color variations due to digital photography, screen resolution, or lighting will not be eligible for return or exchange.
Mandatory Unboxing Video: * A continuous, uncut 360-degree unboxing video is strictly required to process any return request.
The video must start from the sealed package opening and clearly show the detected defect without any pauses or cuts. Without a valid unboxing video, return requests will not be accepted.
Timeframe: * Return requests must be raised within 1 to 7 days of delivery. Requests made after this period will not be entertained.
